Brown-Madrid is a paralegal, entrepreneur, community advocate, and former dot-com executive, actress, model, and fashion designer. She launched Whanda's Boutique and co-built CityofMenifee.com — a trusted local hub that has supported her community for years.

Brown-Madrid is deeply committed to justice, fairness, and protecting the misunderstood or wrongly blamed. Her lifelong instinct to stand up for the underdog, combined with her work in law, keeps her focused on truth-seeking, due process, and human dignity.
